For information and organization services, the Assistance company will be the contact point, and the charges associated with procured services will be borne by the customer. It is up to the customer whether or not to receive the service from the recommended service provider. All responsibility related to the problems that may arise out of the procured service rests jointly with the service provider and the Assistance company.

- Wine trips, suggestions and organizations for gastronomy trips
- Festival organizations,
- Suggestions and organizations for skiing and golf tours
- Suggestions and organizations for ecology, history and arts tours in Europe
- Political tours and charity trips.
Sending messages for urgent matters
Assistance company agrees, declares and undertakes that, if the customer requests so, the company shall ensure that the persons stated by the customer are informed by telephone, for urgent and significant matters under personal coverages. The customer will provide the information of these contact persons for emergencies to the Assistance company, and the Assistance company shall inform them in emergency situations by telephone.
Congress and Fair Information Line
The dates of sectoral congresses, fairs and other events held in the customer's fields of activity in Turkey or overseas will be informed to the customer. The service is limited to provision of information.
Financial Advisory Information Line
If the customer owns a business, a financial advisor of the Assistance company will provide information and advisory services on the financial aspects of the business. Information will be submitted in areas including tax law, regulations, preparation of declarations, simplified double entry bookkeeping, company establishment procedures, transfers, writing letters to tax offices, etc. The service is limited to advisory purposes, or referral to an expert company. All expenses that may occur in relation to this service will be covered by the customer. Assistance company is responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of the advisory service.
